Greetings everyone!
The time for the 2008 Beta Alpha Psi Annual Meeting is almost here!
Please read the below important information regarding this year’s meeting.
Registration Hours at the Anaheim Marriott – Ballroom Foyer
- Wednesday, August 6th – 6:00pm to 8:00pm - *We’ve added early registration hours for those of you arriving on Wednesday!*
- Thursday, August 7th – 7:30am to 6:30pm
- Friday, August 8th – 7:00am to 6:00pm
- Saturday, August 9th – 7:00am to 12:00pm
Community Service Day
Thursday, August 7th, 2008
- When you register please make sure to pick up your Community Service Day T-Shirt
- You must be ready by 11:15am since the project will be away from the hotel. Everyone including faculty advisors and board members will participate in this year’s CSD activity.
- This year’s BAP/KPMG Community Service Day Project is detailed on the BAP website at: http://www.bap.org/08annmeet/commsrv.htm
- What to wear:
- Wear your CSD t-shirt and a hat
- Layer comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty
- Please wear closed toed athletic shoes or hiking/working boots – NO Flip-Flops!
- Please do not wear shorts - you must wear long pants
- Please do not bring valuables
- Bring sunglasses, sun block and insect repellent
- Gloves and tools will be provided
- A boxed lunch & beverage will be provided before you leave the hotel.
Conduct at the Annual Meeting
Please remember that you are representing Beta Alpha Psi and your university while attending the annual meeting. Our conference is a professional meeting and you should behave accordingly. You are expected to attend all sessions and activities as well as to dress appropriately (business casual with the exception of Community Service Day.)

- SNA/OC airport - $12 one way or $20 round trip.
