Tutorials and Password
All Chapter Reporters must watch the tutorials in their entirety to obtain the Officer password in order to begin the reporting process.
Please follow these simple steps:
- Login to the Reporting Intranet as Officer under the old Officer password.
- You will be prompted to take the tutorial.
- Once you have viewed the tutorial in its entirety, the tutorial will provide a default password.
- Exit the tutorial, return to the Reporting Intranet, and login again as Officer under the default password.
- You will be instructed to change the default password to a new password.
- Once the new password has been confirmed, you may begin reporting.
These tutorials are designed to answer all of your questions about the reporting process and will make your job as Chapter Reporter much easier. It should take less than 1-1/2 hours to view and listen to the tutorials. Please do not call or email the Executive Office requesting the password – you must watch the tutorials.
e-Postcard Form 990N Filing
All chapters whose gross receipts are $25,000 or less are required to electronically submit Form 990-N, also known as the e-Postcard. Petitioning chapters have been notified separately of their requirements. International Chapters do not have to file.
- We are requesting that if you have not yet filed online to please go the below link and file by September 10th.
- Once you have received your e-filing confirmation please forward a copy to the Executive Office so that we can keep a record.
- You will need your chapter’s Tax ID number and Contact Information.
- How To File
Click here to file the e-Postcard. If you have trouble accessing the system using that link, you may be able to access the filing site directly by typing or pasting the following address into your Internet browser: http://epostcard.form990.org/. When you access the system, you will leave the IRS site and file the e-Postcard with the IRS through our trusted partner, Urban Institute. The form must be completed and filed electronically. There is no paper form.
