1. Open Facebook and tap What's on your mind? (for a new post).
2. Tap the Photo/Video icon.
3. Select the photo from your gallery.
4. Add a caption, tag friends, or add location if desired.
5. Tap Post to share the photo.

Instagram

1. Open Instagram and tap the + icon at the bottom center of the screen.
2. Select Post (or Story if you want to upload to your story).
3. Choose the photo from your gallery.
4. Edit the photo using Instagram’s filters and editing tools if desired.
