Nondiscriminatory and Engagement Initiatives
Discuss efforts made by your chapter to promote bias-free and nondiscriminatory practices within the organization and the broader community.

Technology Integration in Chapter Activities
Share how your chapter leverages technology to enhance operations and member engagement, such as using digital tools for meetings, project management software, or virtual events.

Presentation Guidelines

  • Each presentation should be a total of 8 minutes, including time for Q&A. Please plan accordingly.
  • Be sure to include a slide that highlights how and with whom you share your chapter’s successes, achievements, and improvements. For example, do you share updates with your department chair, head of school, or business school dean?
  • Multi-chapter presentations are welcome. If chapters collaborated on a project or initiative, feel free to present together.
  • Most of all—have fun! This is your chance to celebrate what you’ve accomplished and inspire others with your creativity, teamwork, and impact.

If your chapter has a great story to tell or valuable insights to share, we’d love to hear from you. Whether you’ve made strides in chapter reporting, launched a new initiative, or found creative ways to engage members, this is your chance to highlight your work and help others learn from it. Presenting at the Annual Meeting is a great way to represent your chapter and contribute to the broader BAP community!
