“We, the members of Beta Alpha Psi at the University of Illinois at Chicago, think the benefits of BAP can be captured in a few words: increasing professionalism, endless opportunities, great networking, and building leadership skills. These quotes came from various members and E-Board members, and really encompass what our chapter focuses on. Having such diverse companies available in Chicago to come and present on various topics from types of accounting roles to how to present yourself in an interview allow our members to not only obtain internships and jobs, but also vastly improve their professionalism and professional networks. Many of the opportunities our members have been granted have come directly from BAP events and skills we learned at said events.”

Hear what our Professional Partners think about BAP!
As a Professional Partner, I value the way Beta Alpha Psi connects students with opportunities to grow academically and professionally. Like AGA, BAP offers scholarships, competitions, and free memberships that support education while linking students with professionals across government, academia, and nonprofit organizations. Seeing their growth through these opportunities is truly rewarding.
