Mu Omega

Stonehill College

Chapter #297, Est. 2013

"After attending the Beta Alpha Psi Atlantic Coast Regional Meeting as a junior candidate and competing in the Best Practices Competition, my eyes were opened to not just how much I have grown as an individual from being a part of BAP, but also the positive impact I could have on our Mu Omega chapter in the coming year. I am currently the chapter president and by taking on this position, I have been challenged in many ways. My leadership skills, public speaking skills, motivational skills, and communication skills have all improved due to this new role. I went to the Regional Meeting as a way to gain "hours," but I left with new friends, improved presentation skills, and a realization that even though I am one person I could make an impact in a large way by stepping out of my comfort zone and running for chapter president."
