"The Beta Kappa Chapter of BAP historically had a long tradition of success as being a superior chapter on a consistent year to year basis. However, for number of years, that consistent superior chapter status has not been maintained. Our goal for this year is to attain Superior status again and continue the previous tradition that we maintained for many years.
Two of our more recent success stories have been our two service projects with Salvation Army and Operation Christmas Child (OCC). The OCC has completed around 500 Christmas boxes each year to be sent to the OCC organization in order to be delivered to less fortunate children around the world."
Several of our pictures are from the Salvation Army project and our OCC project for this year. Salvation Army project will be repeated in the spring semester as well to help maintain our service to the community and beyond.
Through Beta Alpha Psi, we are provided an opportunity to engage with a motivated network of future professionals, sharing insights, offering resources, and fostering connections that help prepare them for successful careers in the field. This collaboration not only benefits students but also enriches the accounting profession by cultivating a continuous pipeline of well-prepared and motivated talent.
