Leanne Lutkus has been a significant figure in the public accounting industry since 2003. Currently serving as the Campus Programs Senior Manager at Moss Adams LLP, she plays a vital role in defining, building, and growing the firm's Early ID and Internship programs, which include scholarships, diversity leadership programs, and operational internships. Leanne is a key contributor to the firm’s success in attracting and developing new talent.
Leanne's impact extends beyond her primary responsibilities. She is an original member of Moss Adams' Forum_W committee, established in 2008 to enhance the firm's efforts in attracting, developing, retaining, and advancing talented women. This initiative has helped create a culture at Moss Adams that supports women's success at every career stage.
Additionally, Leanne is actively involved in the firm's mentorship program, where she helps guide others to build confidence and leverage their strengths. Her dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment has made her a respected leader within the firm and the broader professional community.
