Megan Driscoll is an Assistant Director in Campus Recruiting at EY, currently serving as the Early Careers Function Enablement Leader on the Enablement team. In this role, she is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, tools, and processes to empower the Early Careers team, enhance skills, optimize workflows, and drive organizational success. Since joining the firm in 2014, Megan has worked across multiple functions, recruiting talent for all service lines with a particular focus in the CPA and DEI spaces. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing from California State University, Fullerton, and brings over 10 years of professional recruiting experience.
