Nicole DeCenso
Regional Alumni Representative: Southwest/Rocky Mountain

Nicole is the Deposit Support Manager within the Operations & Processing Department at First National Bank (FNB). Nicole has been with FNB for over eight years and has held several other roles within the Information Technology and Corporate Business Intelligence Departments prior to her current position. During her time at FNB, she’s participated in mentorship programs, provided internship opportunities to upcoming students and assisted in the development of employee resource groups to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

Nicole received her Bachelor of Science with a double major in Accounting & Finance in 2015 from Youngstown State University (YSU). During Nicole’s time at YSU, she was a member of the Kappa Xi chapter of Beta Alpha Psi. She served as President in Fall 2014 and Spring 2015 and presented at the 2014-2015 Best Practices competition. Nicole continues to revisit the Williamson College of Business located at YSU to perform Excel demos for the Kappa Xi chapter, as well as attending recruiting events and speaking engagements for the current student body.

Nicole’s passion for Beta Alpha Psi has only grown since becoming an alumnus. She is honored to have the opportunity to support the students and alumni of Beta Alpha Psi.
